The Customer - The customer is one of the largest bookmakers in the country with offices all over the country and abroad, the main IT operations based in Leeds and Gibraltar.

The Challenge -The customer required help with refreshing the whole of the PC estate at the main office in Leeds with minimum disruption to its users

The Solution- Keytech provided and IMAC service (Installation, Move, Additions and Change), for the desktop refresh. The PC's were unboxed, checked, configured, tested delivered to the users work place, connection to the network all with no disruption to the users.
