We start with a project kick-off meeting, where you'll meet your support team. We then focus on learning all we can about your IT environment and infrastructure, tackling any initial projects and/or immediate problems. Once your IT infrastructure is stabilised and operating smoothly, we then move into the next phase of ongoing proactive managment, consulting and support services.
