Print Search was established in 1973 and has had great success by building strong lasting relationships with both customers and suppliers. Print Search has successfully evolved with the times and provides a portfolio of services to their customers

The problem

Print Search and Caspa-Marketing share an office space, both businesses were looking to invest in upgrading the core infrastructure components to run more efficiently. Both businesses ran infrastructure independently from one another. Print Search and Caspa-Marketing turned to Keytech to design and propose a solution that would enable both businesses to run more efficiently and also enable them to share information if and when required.

The Solution

Keytech senior consultants had a number of meetings with key personnel at Print Search and Caspa-Marketing to understand how each business functioned and what the main issues were. Once a full understanding of the businesses was gained Keytech designed and implemented a solution that saw both companies consolidate into one infrastructure. The solution was implemented on VMWare Virtualisation technology and allowed for a more streamlined infrastructure to better support the businesses. Email was delivered to both companies via Keytech’s hosted Microsoft Exchange offering. Keytech continue to support both Print Search and Caspa-Marketing building a lasting and growing relationship.
