The Customer - The customer is one of the largest bookmakers in the country with offices all over the country and abroad, the main IT operations based in Leeds and Gibraltar.

The Challenge -The customer required help with refreshing the whole of the PC estate at the main office in Leeds with minimum disruption to its users

The Solution- Keytech provided an IMAC service (Installation, Moves, Additions and Changes), for the desktop refresh. The PCs were unboxed, checked, configured, tested and delivered to each user’s work place, then connected to the network; all with no disruption to the users.
