With our additional IT service we work with our customer to give them full access to our Technical expertise in or to assist in dealing with any critical issue.
Customers will also have access to our technical support desk whether it is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm or our 24x7x365 support desk service
Holiday, Sickness and Training Cover
When our customer’s internal IT support staff are out of the business for any reason our additional services ensure that our customer systems and end users are fully supported. This offering can range from on-site presence to off-site support.
Keytech uses leading edge technologies to provide proactive monitoring of our customers mission critical IT systems.
Our monitoring technologies can monitor all network devices including (but no restricted to) servers, pc’s, printers, routers, switches and firewalls along with providing us with real-time data for support and reporting purposes
